• Cancellations (hotel / transfer) must be always confirmed in writing to the Technical Secretariat at congresos@v­erticesur.es. All cancellations must be notified before April 28, 2023. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 25 €. After this date, refunds are no longer available.

• Reservation changes (hotel / transfer) will only be possible before the hotel/transfer confirmation is mailed. After this, the Technical Secretariat reserves the right to charge additional 15 € for reservation changes.

Only registration forms properly filled in and accompanied by their proof of payment will be processed.
Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been checked by the Technical Secretariat.

Organizer reserves the right to make last minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.

Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.

ISHS reserves the right to make changes to the terms at any time without notice to each participant, so please check back and review the terms from time to time. In the event that any term or provision of the terms shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such term or provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or provision.

Press permission must be obtained from ISHS and conferences organizing committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing.

Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.

On behalf of the company, we treat the information you provide us in order to place orders, bill for services and send you advertising related to our products and services by any means (postcard, email or telephone) and invite you to events organized by the company. The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to obtain confirmation on whether VERTICE SUR SC is treating your personal data, therefore you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary.
